All services are subject to availability and formal agreement via contract or proposal.
2. Use of Website
By accessing this website, you warrant that:

You will not use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
You will not attempt to interfere with the website's functionality or security.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms.

Client projects remain the intellectual property of NICE Marketing Consultants.ai until full payment is received. Upon payment, licensing or transfer of ownership will be specified per contract.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing clear instructions, brand guidelines, and assets in a timely manner.
Securing any necessary permits or permissions for shoots (including drone usage).
Reviewing drafts and deliverables within agreed timelines to avoid delays.
We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late client input.
5. Drone Operations Compliance
All drone photography and videography services are performed in compliance with local aviation laws and regulations. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule drone shoots due to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns.
Clients must ensure filming locations permit drone usage and will bear any fees associated with permissions.
6. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure services a minimum of two days in advance.
Remaining balance is due on day of project or as per contract milestones.
Late payments may incur a $100.00 late fee.
We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until payment is made in full.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 7 days before a scheduled shoot or service are eligible for a partial refund (excluding non-refundable deposits).
Cancellations within 3 days are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Weather or other unforeseen factors affecting outdoor shoots will be handled in good faith to reschedule at no additional cost.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including delays, errors, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid by you for the service directly related to the claim.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, acts of God, or technology outages.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Bahamas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of The Bahamas.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
